Rules and Regulations:

GENERAL

1. Instruments and its accessories are not provided by the college.
2. Should compulsorily purchase necessary course kits and study materials as prescribed.
3. Should attend the classes regularly and on time in the allotted batches only.
4. Maintain discipline in college.
5. Follow disciplinary dress code.
6. Cell phones should not be used during the class hours.
7. Should not exchange contact numbers, Ids, address, personal details like Facebook, WhatsApp, any of such kind, etc., with any of Teaching, Non‐Teaching Staff, Co‐learners, Student’s parents, Vendors and anyone related to the college. You will be responsible to any untoward incident occurring despite instructions given to you in the above matter.
8. Misuse of study ‐ course materials like sharing / uploading / photo copying is strictly prohibited as all are copyright protected.
9. The College / any of its employees are not responsible for your belongings irrespective of children / adults. Ensure that you collect your belongings before leaving the place. It becomes the parent’s responsibility to collect the belongings of their children immediately after the class hours.
10. The College shall no way be responsible for any untoward incidents occurring because of Parents / Guardians / Assignees (Delay ‐ Negligence) in picking their wards immediately after class hours / events / programmes.
11. The College shall no way be responsible for any untoward incidents occurring during Programmes / Competitions / Excursions held outside the college.
12. No make up classes shall be given to compensate the classes cancelled due to Holidays declared by the college / Annual day show / Emergency holidays declared by The Government.
13. Communication shall happen through calls & SMS only. Therefore its your responsibility to update correct / changed mobile numbers time to time at the Front desk.
14. Signing this admission form you accept to receive transactional ‐ promotional updates from Rhythms through messages & E‐mails on contact information mentioned in the admission form irrespective of it being in DND.
15. Signing this admission form you confirm that applicant does not have any illness of any sort that can affect the classes / endanger the safety of applicant / other students and staff.
16. Should adapt if class timings are changed in the future.
17. For students betterment (keeping in mind about all aspects), teachers may be transferred / replaced time to time.
18. In case the Course gets cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, the advance / current month fees received will be refunded after deduction based on pro rata charges.
19. Student shall be dismissed if irregular to classes without informing Front desk / impolite response during follow ups, without refund of any fees.
20. Student shall be dismissed in case of mis‐behaviour or unhealthy habits in and around the college, without refund of any fees.
21. Students above the age of eight are only eligible for taking up Graded Examinations of Rhythms.
22. Progress of children can be recognized only after 10‐12 classes. Hence parents are requested to collect feedback regularly from teachers once in two months only.
23. Seating facility is not provided for Parents / Guardians.
24. The days on which the college remains closed are displayed on the Notice board and Website. No form of additional notice / information shall be given for the same

FEES RELATED

1. Should pay the course fees before 10th of every month failing which a fine of Rs. 10/‐ shall be collected per day. After three months, it is mandatory to pay upfront course fee for 3 months / 6 months / 12 months.
2. Registration fees / Monthly fees / Advance fees are not refundable / transferable under any circumstances.
3. 30% fees shall be collected per month – per course despite complete absence. For courses where batch strength gets saturated, full fees should be paid. No extra classes shall be given.
4. Admission shall be deactivated if absent for 2 months. Re‐admission shall be allowed based on seats availability and payment of 30% of absent months fees / clearing dues.
5. The College is not responsible for the absence of students. Any form of adjustment / reduction in fees shall not be entertained.
6. Students should pay the required examination fees as set by the Examiner’s panel.
7. Selected / interested students should pay additional “Training Fees” to perform in Annual Day Show / Album / Competitions etc., as prescribed by the related panel.
8. Monthly fees shall vary according to the grades and shall be raised annually in the month of June by up to Rs. 200/‐.
9. Should compulsorily collect computerized bill on all payments made and retain them for future reference.
10. All forms of payments shall be collected only through cards without any extra charges (Debit cards preferred)
