The most popular and successful initiative planned by Founder - Chairman Dr. Vishwanath Prasad to foster budding talents is the "Prathibhankura" - Rising Stars Talent Show. In the presence of the Chairman, guest artists and mature audience, selected students are given special opportunity to perform on stage. On this day, performers get one-to-one interaction, guidance and career moulding advice. Students exhibiting extraordinary artistic abilities are handpicked by the Chairman and forayed into a realm of opportunities such as Albums, TV Shows, Competitions, National and International Youth Exchange Programmes. The goal of this talent show is to raise their profile and incorporate them into the network, which will help them develop and retain their passion. This weekly show is held on every Sunday at the Rhythms Auditorium.
