Disciplined cultivation of technical skills and rigorous practise made Vadavati - the first clarinettist who has successfully adapted it to Hindustani classical music. In his much delightful performing career, he accompanied many eminent singers and instrumentalists. He has been conferred the ‘Ekaika Tabala Guru’ title, besides various awards and honours such as ‘Uttama Tabala Vadaka’, and ‘Karnataka Bharatha Rasagangadhara’. Shadrach Solomon is an accomplished pianist, keyboardist, arranger, composer and a music director. Hailing from a family of music lovers, it did not take long for Solomon to acquire the love for music. His formal education in Western Classical Piano started at age 6 by his father and learnt advanced piano from Ravi Kashyap - renowned pianist. Some of his very early ventures include teaming up with music band Antaaragni (now called Raghu Dixit) and Layatharanga, Pratidhwani and Viskhepa. He is the founder member of the band DPSG.
